Eastwood (Scottish Parliament constituency)
Eastwood is a constituency of the Scottish Parliament. It was introduced in 1999 as one of nine constituencies the election Region West of Scotland, which was re- cut by the revision of constituencies in 2011 and renamed in western Scotland. Here, the boundaries of the electoral district Eastwood were redrawn. The constituency comprises areas of East Renfrewshire Council Area with the City of Newton Mearns and the southern suburbs of Glasgow. Prior to the revision of the boundaries also was still the city Barrhead within the constituency. It will be sent a deputy.
