Ebele Okoye
Ebele Okoye ( born October 6, 1969 in Onitsha, Nigeria ) is a Nigerian painter and illustrator animation.
Life
After studying art at the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT ) Enugu (Nigeria ) from 1985 to 1989 she was a freelance graphic designer and cartoonist in Lagos, Nigeria. From 1995 she devoted herself exclusively to painting.
In 2000 she migrated to Germany and studied at the University of Applied Sciences Dusseldorf communication design. It was formed from 2003 at the International Film School Cologne to trick and Animated Film illustrator on. She drew the 2009 animated film Anna Blume. In 2010 she realized the five -minute short film, The Essence, which won several awards.
Since 2008 she lives in Berlin.
Ebele Okoye regularly shows her work in group and individual exhibitions.
