Ebersdorf ( Low German Eversdörp ) is a municipality in the district of Rotenburg (Wümme ) in Lower Saxony.

Geography
Ebersdorf is located between Hamburg and Bremerhaven, about five miles northwest of Bremervorde.

In addition to the main town Ebersdorf include also the places Wester Beck and New Ebersdorf to the community.
History
The place is first mentioned in 1272. In 1500 the village belonged under the name Everestorppe for crimping Oerel.
Incorporations
On March 1, 1974, the neighboring village of New Ebersdorf was incorporated.
