Eckart Berkes

Eckart Berkes ( born February 9, 1949 in Worms ) is a former German hurdler, who specializes in the 110-meter distance.

In the Indoor Athletics Championships 1971 in Sofia he won gold over 60 meters hurdles. In 1972, he retired at the Olympic Games in Munich in the flow.

He became German Vice Champion 1973 German Champion over 110 meters hurdles in 1972. In the hall he was vice-champion in 1971 German 50 -meter hurdles.

Eckart Berkes started for USC Mainz.
