Ed Hannigan

Ed Hannigan is an American comic book writer and signatory.

Life and work

Hannigan began to work in the comic book industry in the 1970s, full-time. For Marvel Comics he designed in the late 1970s and early 1980s, the then hugely popular series The Defenders. He also drew for Marvel a few issues of the series The Spectacular Spider -Man. There were also work as a cover artist for the produced by DC Comics series Batman ( 1983-1985).

In 1987, Hannigan the job of the artist for the authored by Mike Grell miniseries Green Arrow: The Longbow Hunters and which emerged from this series Green Arrow, which he supervised until the early 1990s. In 1992, Hannigan with the three-part series Skull & Bones, a self- creation, which he supervised both as an author and as an artist.

Today Hannigan lives with his family in New Hampshire.
