Ed Quinn

Ed Quinn ( born February 26, 1968 in Berkeley, California) is an American actor.

Life and work

Ed Quinn graduated from St. Mary's High School in Berkeley, and the University of California, from which he graduated in 1991 with a Bachelor in history. He then worked as a model in Paris, Barcelona and Milan, and appeared in television commercials with.

After his return to the U.S. he played in an episode of Dharma & Greg guest starred and was shortly thereafter the lead role of Finn in the short-lived WB television series Young Americans ( 2000). Quinn played guest roles in, among others, Jack & Jill, Crossing Jordan - pathologist with profile JAG - The Call of Duty, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and to Jim. Making his first appearance in a feature film he had in 2002 in the thriller Beeper with Harvey Keitel and Joey Lauren Adams followed by Starship Troopers 2 ( 2004). From 2006 to 2008 he was a regular on the sci-fi series EUReKA - The Secret City.

Before he took to acting, Quinn's passion was music. He studied with Joe Satriani and played in Los Angeles in the bands Mad Theory and Scattergood lead guitar. Ed Quinn has three siblings with the name Mary, Lizzy and Joseph.
