Edda Művek

The rock band Edda was founded in 1974 in Miskolc, a city in northeastern Hungary Hungary ( Borsod- Abaúj -Zemplén ) named Edda Művek ( lit. Edda works ).

At that time (ie in the Ostblocksära ) Miskolc was a typical cottage town with many factories in the iron industry. This influence can be felt very strongly in the first hits of the band. The first clips were filmed in the establishments, the music itself was hard, " eisenig ".

The band became more popular, which is due to their ballads and their melodious music.

Edda is still active, and they regularly play at festivals and other events.
