Eddie Hardin

Edward " Eddie" Hardin ( born February 19, 1949) is a British rock musician (keyboards, vocals), who became known as a member of the Spencer Davis Group and of Hardin & York.

Biography

In 1967, Eddie Hardin successor of Steve Winwood in the Spencer Davis Group. In 1968, Hardin left the band in order to look for new opportunities.

Soon after, he teamed up with Pete York ( drums), who had also left the Spencer Davis Group. The two began in 1969 to act as a rock duo under the name of Hardin & York. In 1972, joined Ray Fenwick (guitar ), Hardin & York, and they acted as Hardin & York Fenwick.

In 1972, Hardin released his first solo album, Home Is Where You Find It, which over time many more followed. 1973 there was a reunion of between temporally resolved Spencer Davis Group, which always occurred later together. Hardin & York also went through several revivals.
