Eddie Hodges ( born March 5, 1947 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi) is an American singer.
Eddie Hodges started as early as 1953 in New York his career. He first appeared on TV shows such as the Jackie Gleason Show. After being in the quiz show Name that tune 25,000 - $ had won, his popularity had grown considerably, and he was given the role of the son of Frank Sinatra in the film A hole in the head, followed by a series of film roles. Hodges was now a teen idol, and also recognized the recording industry. In the years 1961 to 1965 Hodges was able to land several hits both in the U.S. and in the UK charts.
