Edmond Haxhinasto

Edmond Haxhinasto ( born November 16, 1966 in Tirana) is an Albanian politician of the Socialist Movement for Integration ( LSI). It was September 16, 2010 to June 27, 2012 Secretary of State.

Biography

Edmond Haxhinasto ended in 1989, an English Literature degree from the University of Tirana and worked in youth organizations. 1990/91 he took care of the Albanian Parliament for a few months to international relations. In the next few years he was not politically active and took a post-graduate diploma in business administration in Brdo, Slovenia. In 1997, he again worked for the government, first under Fatos Nano and Pandeli Majko as head of the department for coordination, in a special function in the refugee crisis during the Kosovo War in 1999 and as the person responsible for the implementation of a plan against corruption. In 2000 he graduated from the Princeton University, Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, a master's degree. Under Ilir Meta, he then worked first as a diplomatic advisor to the Prime Minister and later as charge d'affaires in Belgrade. From the summer of 2002, he was Head of Cabinet in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which was led by Ilir Meta.

Together with Ilir Meta, he stepped out in early 2004 from the Socialist Party and founded the Socialist Movement for Integration ( LSI) as its Vice-Chairman, he was henceforth. In October 2009, he was Deputy Minister of Public Works and Transport in the Cabinet Berisha II In September 2010, he took over from Ilir Meta, the Foreign Ministry, which he passed on Edmond Panariti (LSI ), 2012.
