Edmonton Eskimos

The Edmonton Eskimos are a Canadian Football Canadian Club of Edmonton in the Canadian province of Alberta, in the Canadian football league in the West Division play. The club in 1949 as the Edmonton Eskimos was founded. But under the name of Esquimaux (French for Eskimos ) it already existed since 1897. Their home games they wear out in Commonwealth Stadium, which seats 60,217 spectators.

The greatest success of the Edmonton Eskimos was winning the Grey Cup five times as a result of 1978 until 1982. Overall they won the Grey Cup thirteen times and the Western Division Championship twenty-two times.
