Édouard Frank

Edouard Franck Frank, was 1991-1992 Prime Minister of the Central African Republic ( RDC).

Political career

Franck is a lawyer, 1986, he was a judge in the trial of the returned from exile ex-president and ex-Emperor Jean- Bédel Bokassa.

He was Prime Minister under the ruling since 1981 President André Kolingba than ten years earlier, abolished office was reintroduced on 15 March 1991. He belonged to Kolingbas previous Rassemblement Démocratique Centrafricain Unity Party (RDC). The parliamentary and presidential elections of 25 October 1992, annulled by the Supreme Court due to irregularities. His term ended on 4 December 1992.

Since the 1990s, he was first President of the Constitutional Court, and later the Supreme Court during the presidency of Ange-Félix Patassé. In September 2004, the ruling in March 2003, President François Bozizé appointed him as his advisor on legal matters.
