Eduard Hauser (cross-country skier)

Eduard " Edi" Hauser ( * November 26, 1948 ) is a former Swiss cross-country skier.

At the Olympic Winter Games in 1972 in Sapporo Hauser won the bronze medal with the Swiss relay. In the final sprint Hauser defeated the Swedish Olympic champion in the 15 km Sven -Åke Lundbäck and thus secured one of the biggest successes of the Swiss cross-country history. About the 15-kilometer distance Hauser had occupied eleventh place.
