Eduard Koksharov

Eduard Alexandrovich Kokscharow (Russian Эдуард Александрович Кокшаров; * November 4, 1975 in Krasnodar ) is a retired Russian handball player. He is 1.85 m tall and weighs 94 kg. Kokscharow is married and has two children.

Life

Eduard Kokscharow, the last for the Russian club Medwedi Chekhov ( Rückennr. 23) and played for the Russian national handball team ( Rückennr. 23) aground, was used on the left wing and in defense as brought forward offensive defender.

Kokscharow began at the SKIF Krasnodar with the handball game. In 1999 he then moved to RK Celje. With the men from the Slovenian Styria he won in 2000 and 2001, and in 2003 and 2007, the Slovenian Championship and in 2004 the EHF Champions League. From 2011 he played the Russian series champion Medwedi Chekhov, with whom he won the championship in 2012 and 2013 as well as the trophy. Kokscharow finished his career in 2013.

Eduard Kokscharow denied in its international match race over 200 appearances for the Russian men's national handball team, knocking over 1000 gates. With the Russian men's national handball team, he became world champion in 1997 and at the 2000 Olympic Games Olympic champion. He was also top scorer in the World Cup 2001. During the 2007 World Cup in Germany, he was elected to the All-Star team.
