Eduard Sperling

Eduard Sperling ( born November 29, 1902 in Hamm, † 25 February 1985 in Dortmund) was a successful German wrestler in the 1920s and 1930s.

Career

Sparrow began as a boxer at SC Dortmund Alemannia, but quickly changed to the wrestlers and scored in the Westphalian space first successes. To go further forward, he moved to Nuremberg in 1925, and joined the SC 1904 Maxvorstadt at Nuremberg. There his skills were recognized and under the wing of Karl Döppel expanded purposefully. As early as 1926 he was one of Germany's top class in the struggle and remained in that well over ten years. In 1928 he returned to Dortmund and joined the ASV Heros Dortmund.

Eduard Sperling was an extremely ambitious, always well prepared, swashbuckling and with its funds not squeamish of prompt, but always fair wrestler. He wrestled in many, then gathering the entire world elite tournaments in Scandinavia and more while no enemies. The success he achieved here were impressive. After ending his playing career, he turned his sport for years as a judge available.
