Edvard Lasota

Edvard Lasota ( born March 7, 1971 in Třinec ) is a former Czech football player.

Lasotas youth association was TJ TŽ Třinec, in 1989 he left to play for Zbrojovka Brno as a 18 -year-old. However, he had only one use for his new club since he joined shortly after the start of the season to VTJ Tábor in the second league to there to do his military service. In 1990 he went to Dukla Prague, where he arrived on 20 missions and shot six goals.

He went back to Brno and remained two and a half seasons, where he exhibited his unusual for a goalscoring midfielder to prove there. In early 1994 he went to Sigma Olomouc, after a year he moved to Petra Drnovice.

In the season 1995/96 he came in a prominent form that his first application for the Czech national team, as well as the change to master Slavia Prague in the summer of 1996 brought him where he belonged to the tribe formation. 1997/98, he was 13 times used in the national team, scoring two goals.

In summer 1998, he moved to Italian second division side AC Reggiana, who played for the promotion to the Serie A, but withdrew after two inserts a serious injury. Reggiana dismounted in the C series where Lasota had as a foreigner no eligibility. For the second round in 1999 /00 he was loaned to the SFC Opava, where he arrived on 13 missions. In the summer of 2000 he returned to the AC Reggiana, where he had a year contract yet, now Lasota was eligible to play. In a heavy season he made 18 games and scored two goals. In March 2001 the Club at Salernitana Calcio him loaned out.

For the season 2001 /02 Lasota Italy turned its back and signed for one year at FK Drnovice. Then he went to FK Zlin, where he came mainly in the first two years almost to its former shape and became a reliable all-rounder and leading players. In 2004 /05, however, he did create injuries and Lasota polled a mere 19 games.

In the following season, the now 34 -year-old Lasota made ​​only five games and reached agreement in January 2006 to terminate the contract, among other things, because he had a good deal of Fotbal Třinec from the 3rd Liga, the successor club of his youth clubs. This could end the season celebrating promotion to the second division. Already in April 2007 Lasota was however informed no longer able to keep up in the second league, he was loaned to the sixth division side SK Bystřice nad Olší ​​. In the summer of 2007 he moved to the fourth division to Rostex Vyškov. After a season in Vyškov Lasota ended his career.
