Edwin Ubiles
Edwin E. Ubiles (* November 26, 1986 in Brooklyn, New York ) is an American professional basketball player Puerto Rican descent. Ubiles wore the shirt number 24, with the Dakota Wizards of the NBA Development League (D - League) and was nominated in 2012 for best professional rookie of the D- League. After brief appearances in the NBA and the French LNB Pro A and other career positions in the D -League he was in the 2013/14 season player in the Japanese BJ League.
Career
College
After high school in Poughkeepsie Ubiles was still two years from 2004. At St. Thomas More Prep in Oakdale School in the neighboring U.S. state of Connecticut In 2006 he moved to study at the Siena College in Albany back in New York, for their high school team Saints, he played in the MAAC NCAA Division I. In his rookie year he was able to achieve 11.8 points and 49.5 % field throw percentage. The next two years he could still increase, respectively, before he could achieve, among others, 15.3 points per game in his senior year. In each year of college, he had a double-digit point average. As Ubiles joined the NBA, he had scored an average of 14.8 points per game and a total of 1939 points, which is the third best in the history of the college.
Professional career
After the end of the college career, Ubiles reported 2010 as much speaking talent for the NBA Draft of the highest endowed professional league NBA to become a professional.
