Egon Schiele Art Centrum

The Egon Schiele Art Center is a museum and a gallery. It deals with the Austrian painter Egon Schiele (1890-1918), with classic 20th-century art and contemporary art. It is situated in Český Krumlov ( Cesky Krumlov Böhm. ) in the Czech Republic and is a private non-profit organization.

History

The Egon Schiele Art Centre was established as an international project launched in 1992. His co-founder came from the Czech Republic, Austria and the United States. Since 1993 there is a permanent exhibition of documentary Egon Schiele, as well as exhibitions of different sizes of his original works of art. In addition, large-scale works of classical 20th century art (eg: Picasso, Dali, Klimt) as well as contemporary art from Czech and international artists.
