Einhard-Preis

The Einhard Prize for biographical literature since 1999, awarded by the Foundation to Einhard Blessed city, founded in 1998, the Community Foundation.

With this award, the Foundation intends " in the European context, the memory of Einhard and his work to keep alive ". The 10,000 euro prize is awarded every two years in Blessed city, awarded to Einhard's grave. The winners will each selected by an international jury.

The Einhard Foundation Blessed City

The Einhard Foundation Blessed City is a community foundation in memory of Einhard and for Europe and for the maintenance of the heritage of Einhard. The Einhardpreis for Biography

With the Einhardpreis the outstanding biography of a personality is excellent, their scientific, religious, political, artistic or economic activity has a close relationship with Europe.
