Eino Olkinuora

Eino Olkinuora ( born November 11, 1915 in Kaukola, today Sewastjanowo, Rajon Priosjorsk, Leningrad Oblast, Russia, † October 20, 1941 in Gawrilowskaja, Soviet Union) was a Finnish cross-country skier in the late 1930s and was active at the beginning of the 1940s. He belonged to the clubs Suonenjoen Vasama and Helsingin Hiihtäjät.

In the Nordic World Ski Championships 1938 in Lahti, he finished in single race over 18 km the 46th place of 187 participants. At the World Championships in 1939 and 1941, he won the 4 x 10 km relay in each case the gold medal. The FIS declared the World Cup in 1941 and five years later invalidated, so this medal has no official status.

Eino Olkinuora fell as a soldier in World War II.
