El hotel eléctrico ( The Electric Hotel) is a Spanish comedy from 1908. Directed by Segundo de Chomón, who also took over the male lead.

Action

Bertrand and Laure check into a very modern hotel and want to convince themselves of the same from the technical possibilities. After pressing a few buttons, the luggage as if by magic brings into the hotel room and packed off by itself. When the two hotel guests are directed to go to bed, they can be spoiled by the electrical equipment and comb your hair. In addition, Bertrand writes his parents an automatic letter to tell them, how comfortable and easy this hotel yet. He still gets a shave if by magic, before he goes to bed.
