El tonno

El Tonno is a Flash cartoon series, which was developed by Stefan Horn and produced by brain pool exclusively for the telecast elton.tv on ProSieben. El Tonno is a pun on the name of the moderator Elton and the term Tonno ( Italian for tuna) - an allusion to the fish El Tonno.

The first episode was broadcast on 14 March 2002, the 33rd and final episode on 27 March 2003. Thus El Tonno was next to the DIA Show one of the first Flash cartoon series on German television.

Each episode shows the life of two fish, Boss and Little, in their aquarium in a humorous, ironic and sarcastic, but sometimes instructive, manner. So the little one has always subordinate to the boss and is bossed around all the time. In principle, these two fish, no fish, but people in a " fish costume". They behave just like humans and do the same things, such as playing football, vacuuming or even go on vacation.
