Eleanor Goss

Eleanor Goss ( born November 18, 1895 in New York City; † November 1982 in Salisbury, Connecticut ) was an American tennis player.

Career

Goss won in her career total of four times the U.S. Tennis Championships in women's doubles. From 1918 to 1920 she won with Marion Zinderstein for three consecutive years and in 1926 Elizabeth Ryan. At the Olympic Games in Paris in 1924 Eleanor Goss participated in singles and women's doubles with Zinderstein, but lost both matches kick-off.
