Election monitoring

The election observers is an independent person who is observing a choice and thus checked for their legitimate operation of back and prevent election fraud. The observation extends, to be effective, both the preparation of the elections ( voter lists, ballot, polling places, etc.) as well - while preserving secrecy of the ballot - the act of voting itself ( possible obstructions or interference ), the vote count and logging of election result. International, it is common that foreign election observers are, for example, of the OSCE, on site and publish their findings freely.
