Electronics practice - knowledge. Impulses. Contacts. is a trade magazine for electronics with the topics of electronics management, hardware development, software development, component procurement and electronic manufacturing. It was created in 1966 as a sister journal of electrical engineering.

The magazine is published every 14 days (plus 17 special issues ) in the Würzburg Vogel Business Media GmbH & Co. KG with a total circulation of 40,500 copies ( 2nd quarter 2013). It maintains editorial offices in Munich and Würzburg.

The electronics Practice is the official publication of the Association Electronic Design Association ( FED). The website of the magazine is intended to complement the so-called " Business Efficiency Portal " of the printed magazine with additional information.

Electronics practice has changed since 2003. Originally brought as a reference magazine on the market, the magazine now known as a cross-media trade magazine with the distribution channels of print, online and events.

The electronics practice organized the ESE Congress for embedded software engineering, the user connector Congress and the practical forum Electrical Drives and Embedded Linux week.
