Element Management System

An element management system ( EMS) is a centralized network management software and serves the remote configuration, analysis, and system monitoring. An EMS is used in addition to other protocols such as CMIP ( Common Management Information Protocol) or CMAP ( Connection Management Access Protocol ) is usually the SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol). SNMP is based on the Manager Agent on principle and is used for transmitting control and control data between the network elements. So the manager has the ability to manage all agents ( network elements ).

As the network size grows steadily, it is a challenge to keep the network operational and to respond promptly to possible network failures. This is especially true when multiple switches are used in the different subnets.

To simplify network management, provides a centralized EMS remote management platform that allows administrators to easily manage manner of a single computer, each element in the network, and monitor. Thus an efficient network management is enabled and taken the load by the administrator.
