Eleonore Schwarz

Eleanor Black (* 1936 in Vienna) is an Austrian singer.

In 1962, she represented her native country at the Euro Vision Song Contest in Luxembourg with the operetta -like song Only in the air in Vienna, for which they received no points and ended up with three other participants in last place. The music composed by Bruno Uher, texted and conducted post was about the beauty of the Austrian capital as the State Opera, City Hall and St. Stephen man but also the Viennese Waltz and Johann Strauss. Black released the song as a single, but did so only moderate success.
