Eliezer ben Nathan

Eliezer ben Nathan of Mainz (about 1100-1150 ) was Halachist and liturgical poet.

His most famous work is just ha - s tem ( "stone of help " ), ritual work and at the same time cultural and literargeschichtliche primary source.

Eliezer is also an author of a report on the persecution of the Jews of the year 1096, written before 1146 in the Hebrew language.
