Elis Bakaj

Elis Bakaj ( born June 25, 1987 in Tirana) is an Albanian football player. Since 2012 he is with the Ukrainian club Chernomorets Odessa under contract in which he had previously borrowed.

Career

Association

The career of Bakaj started at his hometown club FK Partizani Tirana, where he aufrückte at the beginning of 2004 to the squad for the first team and at the age of 16 years came to its first use in the highest Albanian league, the Kategoria Superiore. In the first year he won the Cup victory in 2004, and thus his first title. In the season 2004/ 05 he fought his way to a permanent place. Partizani was not playing consistently enough to engage in the fight for the championship can. The season 2007/ 08 ended the club as runner-up.

During the winter break of 2008/ 09 Bakaj left the club and moved to the reigning champions KS Dinamo Tirana. In the 2009/10 season he won his first championship. In February 2010 he left the club and moved to Romania to Dinamo Bucharest. In the second half 2011, he became the master force and qualified the club for the Europa League. After he was no longer come in the first round in 2011/12 used regularly, he joined in February 2012 on loan to Chernomorets Odessa in the Ukrainian Premjer - Liha. There he accomplished with the climber in the league. A little later, he signed a three year contract in Odessa in 2015.

National

Elis Bakaj belongs to the extended squad of the Albanian national team. He made his debut on 21 November 2007 in the European Championship qualifier against Romania when he came on in the 83rd minute for Erjon Bogdani. Coach Gianni De Biasi uses it infrequently.
