Elisa Gasparin

Elisa Gasparin (born 2 December 1991 in Samedan ) is a Swiss biathlete.

She is the younger sister of Selina Gasparin, which competes for the Swiss Association of Swiss-Ski in the Biathlon World Cup since 2005, and the older sister of B-team biathlete Aita Gasparin. In 2010 she played for the first time a World Cup race since then and has a firm launch site in the Swiss women's team. After success as a junior, among others, at the European Championships in 2012 she established herself in the upcoming seasons with multiple scoring points in the World Cup.

Career

Beginnings (2006 to 2010)

Gasparin denied on March 18, 2006, the first official race the mass start in the European Cup in the junior women Gurnigel. Among a total of eleven athletes reported they took sixth place behind the winner Marion Blondeau of France. For the season 2007/2008 she was accepted into the C- squad Switzerland. World Cup debut and rise in the squad (2010 to 2012)

On January 27, 2012, she won the bronze medal in the sprint at the continental junior championships. Two days later, she improved in pursuit of a place and won silver. Personal

Elisa Gasparin grew up in Pontresina and lives in S -chanf. After attending business school at the Academia Engiadina they began in 2012 trained as a fitness instructor at the Migros Club School in Chur.
