She was a student of the Frankfurt still life and portrait painter Johann Daniel Bager (1754-1815) married in 1797 and later senator of Justinian Adlerflycht in Frankfurt am Main.

During a Rhine cruise in 1811 she drew the panorama of the Rhine Valley from the mouth close to the Moselle. Since 1823 Friedrich Wilhelm Delkeskamp completed for the Frankfurt publisher Friedrich Wilmans the default to the classic panorama of the Rhine from Mainz to Cologne.

Elisabeth v. Adlerflycht had a picture-gallery in Frankfurt, where today reminds a road to the family of Adlerflycht.
