Elite Model Management is a modeling agency and was founded in Paris in 1972 by John Casablancas and Alain Kittler. Elite guided the careers of a few hundred mannequins and fashion models on five continents. Elite Model Look is the most famous model competitions.
History
The publicly traded in Frankfurt parent company of Elite World SA has its headquarters in Luxembourg. The Board of Directors of the listed holding company of Elite World SA currently consists of Bernard hen t, Andrew Gleeson and Thomas Röggla. The largest single shareholder is Thomas Röggla with 28.1%. The Board holds a total of more than 50 % of the shares of Elite World SA
The business activities of the Elite Group is divided into three main divisions elite modeling agencies, Elite and Elite licensing business model competition. Elite operates under the name Elite Model Management is one of the largest and most prominent networks of model agencies in the world. The modeling agencies are partly owned by the holding, in part, they are led by franchise companies.
