Elizabeth of Poland, Queen of Hungary

Elisabeth of Poland (Polish Elżbieta Łokietkówna; * 1305, † December 29, 1380 in Budapest) was from 1320 Queen of Hungary, Croatia, and on behalf of her son Louis in the years 1370-1375, 1376-1377 and 1378-1380 Regent of Poland from the noble Kujawy Piast.

Life

Elizabeth was the daughter of the Polish king Władysław I the Elbow- and his wife Hedwig of Kalisz.
