Elizabeth Smylie

Elizabeth Smylie ( née Sayers ) (* April 11, 1963 in Perth, Western Australia ) is a former Australian tennis player.

Elizabeth Smylie was successful as a tennis player, especially in a double in the 1980s and early 1990s. In total she won 36 tournaments in women's doubles. Together with Kathy Jordan in 1985, she won the Grand Slam tournament of Wimbledon. Four more times she stood in the doubles final of a Grand Slam tournament. At the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, she won the bronze medal with her partner Wendy Turnbull.
