In Ellenfeld the Red combined with White Göltzsch to Göltzsch.
Elle field is 4.55 km ² in area smallest municipality in the Vogtland. It is from the cities Auerbach / Vogtl. and Falkenstein / Vogtl. completely surrounded.

Coat of arms
The coat of arms shows up on a black background a yellow building. This is the Upper Castle, built 1710 manor house of the manor Ellefelder as striking building of the church. Among symbolizes a red-white wavy horizontal stripes the confluence of the White and the Red Göltzsch to Göltzsch in the municipality. Downstairs is a white lace cutout on black background. This represents the importance of the textile industry and in particular the embroidery in the history of the community.
