Ellen Langer

Ellen Jane Langer ( born March 15, 1947) is a professor of psychology at Harvard University. Her areas of expertise include illusion of control, decision making, aging and mindfulness / awareness.

Life

Ellen Langer wrote her doctoral thesis in social and clinical psychology in 1974 at Yale University. She is the author of more than 200 scientific articles and six academic books, of which Mindfulness and The Power of Mindful Learning which are well -known.
