Ellerstraße (VRR)
Metro Station Ellerstraße is a station of Düsseldorf Stadtbahn. It is in the course of the newly built South Range Oberbilk in the North Rhine- Westphalian capital Dusseldorf.
Location
The subway station itself is located at the confluence of Ellerstraße in the Kölner Straße. The Cologne Street is an important thoroughfare of the district.
Bahnhofanlage
The station is accessible via escalators and a lift. The upper level of the station is the distributor level and leads to the platform level deeper. The latter has two side platforms on which keep the lines towards Holthausen and Duisburg or sea Busch / On starfish.
Traffic
Metro Station Ellerstraße is in the process of the first main line of Düsseldorf city rail network. All three traveling on this route lines serve the station. In addition to the interchanges between the various rail lines, there are other transfer connections to three bus lines, which stop at an aboveground station along the Cologne road and make the integration into the grid of the Düsseldorf transport.
