Elmar Wepper
Elmar Wepper ( born April 16, 1944 in Augsburg ) is a German actor and voice actor.
Life
His father was the jurist Friedrich Karl Wepper, he is since the beginning of 1945 than in Poland missing. The younger brother of Fritz Wepper had his first small film appearance in 1957.
