Elmer L. Andersen

Elmer Lee Andersen ( born June 17, 1909 in Chicago, Illinois, † November 15, 2004 in Minneapolis, Minnesota ) was an American politician and 1961-1963 Governor of the State of Minnesota.

Early years and political rise
