The Alsatian Flags song was written by Emil Woerth (1870-1926) on the occasion of the proclamation of the Constitution of the country Alsace -Lorraine on May 31, 1911.

Hail, thou our land mark Alsace flag fluttering in the wind happy Your colors, lovely ohnen peers Lights always where we are gathered

Were real and quite like our fathers We want to be in deed and words Our way, we want to preserve In the future, immaculate and pure.
