Elvis Crespo

Elvis Crespo ( born July 30, 1971 in New York City ) is a Puerto Rican singer.

Life

Elvis Crespo was born in New York. At the age of six, he moved with his mother to Guayanabo, Puerto Rico where he grew up. At 17, he joined the " Willie Berrios Orchestra", later he was even picked up by Toño Rosario in his merengue band. At first it seemed safer to pursue an academic career and besides the music, and he enrolled in the Metropolitan University as a student of business sciences. The study, he gave up when he got the opportunity to be the lead singer in 1993 the newly formed " Grupo Manía ".
