Emaar Properties PJSC (Arabic إعمار العقارية, DMG I ʿ al - ʿ Mār Aqārīya ) is a real estate company, the project development (real estate) and their project marketing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates operates from a single source.

The company was founded in 1997 with state participation and is now one of the world's most famous promoters of mega projects. Emaar Properties developed and currently manages several well-known large-scale projects which are carried out in Dubai. These projects include, inter alia, The Dubai Mall with approximately 1,000,000 square meters floor space or the highest skyscraper in the world, the Burj Khalifa. Many other projects under the newly formed Dubai relief City Downtown Dubai can be realized by Emaar Properties.
