Symbolism

The flag and the shield are symbols of state sovereignty and the royal family.

The wings symbolize peace, justice and peace.

Among them is the sign of Islam, the crescent moon.

The hands symbolize the duty of government to protect the people.

The mast stands for a just and stable government.

History

The coat of arms was originally approved in 1932, but in its current form it is in use only since 29 August 1959.
