Emboliform nucleus

The nucleus emboliform ( " graft ", Syn nucleus interpositus anterior) is a core area in the cerebellum. He is human about 1.5 cm in size and draws its afferents from the Spino and Pontocerebellum (→ cerebellum structure ). Its efferent fibers pull on the superior cerebellar style to the red nucleus of the opposite side.
