Emerson Etem

Emerson Etem ( born June 16, 1992 Long Beach, California) is an American professional ice hockey player who is since May 2011 at the Anaheim Ducks of the National Hockey League contract.

Career

Emerson Etem began his career in 2007 at the Shattuck St. Mary's High School, where he was a year active. Then, the attacker continued his career with the U.S. National Team Development Program in the North American Hockey League. There, he scored in his debut season at once to the permanent employees and service providers of the team. For the season 2009/10, Etem closed the Medicine Hat Tigers of the Western Hockey League game. In his rookie season, he played a total of 84 games for the Medicine Hat Tigers and scored 75 points scorer. With 37 goals in the regular season Etem was the most successful rookie in that season.

The offensive player has been selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2010 in the first round at a total of 29 position of the Anaheim Ducks. After spending training camp with the Californians in September 2010, Etem was the first squad reduction back to the Medicine Hat Tigers sent.
