Emiliano Brembilla ( born December 21, 1978 in Ponte San Pietro ) is an Italian former swimmer.

Career

His parade routes are the 400 m and 1500 m freestyle, where he achieved his greatest successes. About 400 m, it was between 1997 and 2004 four times European Champion. In 1997 he won also have the title over 1,500 m freestyle.

In 1997 he was voted European Swimmer of the Year.

In 2008 he won together with Massimiliano Rosolino, Nicola Cassio and Filippo Magnini the bronze medal at the Short Course World Championships in Manchester on the 4 × 200 m freestyle.
