Emily Freeman
Emily Freeman (Emily Kaye Freeman; * November 24, 1980 in Huddersfield) is a British sprinter.
In 2006 she won at the European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg with the British team silver in the 4 x 100 - meter relay. In 2007, she came with the British 4 x 100 -meter relay race at the World Athletics Championships in Osaka to fourth place.
At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008, she reached the semifinals of over 200 m. The British 4 x 100 -meter relay reached the finals not the goal after Montell Douglas and Freeman failed handover of the baton.
In 2009 she was over 200 meters and seventh in the season sixth in the World Championships in Berlin.
In 2008 and 2009 she was British champion in the 200 m.
