Emily Jacir

Emily Jacir (born 1970 in Bethlehem, West Bank ) is a Palestinian- American artist. She works conceptually and is so, Film - Sound, known equally as a painter, photographer, video and installation artist as. Life and work

Jacir was born in 1970 in Bethlehem, in the Israeli-occupied West Bank. She grew up in Saudi Arabia and attended a high school in Rome. At the University of Dallas in Irving (Texas ) received a BA degree, at the Memphis College of Art in Memphis (Tennessee ), the Master of Fine Arts ( MFA).
