Emperor Buretsu

Buretsu (Japanese武烈天皇, Buretsu - tennō; * 489, † January 7 507) was the 25th Tenno of Japan ( 498-507 ) to the history books the Kojiki and Nihon Shoki. He ruled probably in the late 5th century.

These two books according to which he was a man with a sharp character. He died without children, which is why the court officials had nationwide search for a successor allied with him.
