Emperor RokujÅ
Kaiser Rokujo (Japanese六条 天皇, Rokujo - tennō; * December 28, 1164; † August 23, 1176 ) was the 79th Tennō of Japan (5 September 1165-30 March 1168. ) And a son of Emperor Nijo.
Even before his first birthday he ascended the throne of his father, he was sitting on two and a half years. This was followed by his elder brother Emperor Takakura. Rokujo died at the age of 13. During his tenure, the policy was determined by his grandfather, the ex-Emperor Go- Shirakawa, and the politician Taira no Kiyomori.
